Agent One · One Workforce

Your sales team, working around the clock. Cancel anything new within 24 hours.

Agents run the whole sales process: finding the right companies, answering everyone who writes, quoting at your prices, keeping the books. One named human signs the deals and sets the ceilings. Anything new to the outside waits 24 hours, and you can cancel it.

A moment with One

A working day, with the workforce on it.

An insurance agency owner wakes to three replies already answered. Each one said it was sent by software, and each one left a receipt.

A quote goes out at your prices. It sits on the morning digest for 24 hours with a cancel button, then sends itself.

A purchase came in under the ceiling. It executed on time, and the receipt was on the ledger before anyone asked.

A founder signs once. The won deal is recorded with its evidence, and the workforce moves on to the next one.

What it does

What it does for your business.

Find the right companies

Businesses that published a way to reach them and asked to hear from you. Never a bought list.

Answer everyone who writes

Replies stay inside the conversation: three touches at most, always disclosed, always with a way to say stop.

Quote at your prices

Every quote comes from your price list and waits 24 hours before it goes out.

Keep the books and the receipts

The pipeline stays honest, every spend stays under its ceiling, and every action lands on a receipt chain you can verify.

The outcome

A sales process that runs while you sleep, inside rules you set, with a cancel button on everything new and a signature only where it should be.

The roles

13 roles. Each one carries its own goals.

Each role carries a charter: what it owns, what it does not, the actions it may take, and the results it is measured on every week. A result that is not measured yet says so.

Brand1 goal · weekly
Tells People and Product stories about real, named humans from public facts, and shows the founder every one first.
Community1 goal · weekly
Runs the events, turns booth conversations into consented captures, and keeps the podcast outreach list ready for the founder.
Content1 goal · weekly
Writes the SEO and content briefs that help people find the right page, and hands every publish to a named human.
Deal Desk2 goals · daily
Quotes from the published offers, writes proposals and payment requests, and gives every quiet deal a next step; never to a citizen.
Finance2 goals · weekly
Counts revenue only once it cleared, reports MRR only once something recurs, and keeps measured energy apart from estimated.
Growth2 goals · weekly
Owns the claim funnel from records held to listings active, and runs every experiment as a proposal.
Lifecycle1 goal · daily
Writes and sends the messages that move a conversation forward, three touches at most, always disclosed, always with a way to stop.
Operator1 goal · daily
Runs the loops, the tick, the digest and the weekly pack, and never stands in for the human who signs.
Partnerships1 goal · weekly
Works the top networks in rank order, scores each one's readiness for agents, writes the invitations, and calls only signed partners partners.
Revenue Operations2 goals · daily
Keeps the goal tree, the metrics and the CRM honest, and lets no hold or decision wait on a human too long.
Sales Development1 goal · daily
Finds the accounts worth a conversation from aggregates and company-published channels, writes the brief, and never touches a regulator roster.
Customer Success1 goal · weekly
Manages every account by measured usage, raises renewals before they are due, and shows each customer what the workforce earned and saved.
Trust2 goals · daily
Re-checks every held and proposed item, vetoes the forbidden class with a deny receipt, and owns suppression, provenance and the fund-solicitation ban.
The autonomy model

Five kinds of action, sorted by how much they need you.

A

Internal

Happens at once and can be undone.

Such as a lead created, a note appended, a next step scheduled.

B

Reply

A reply in a conversation the other side already joined. Sent now, signed as software, on the record.

Such as answering a question in a conversation a prospect started.

C

Held

A new commitment to someone outside is held for 24 hours, then executes unless a human cancels.

Such as a first touch, a quote from your price list, a purchase under the ceiling.

D

Signature

One named human says yes. The recommendation is preselected, with the evidence beside it.

Such as a won deal, a spending ceiling, partner status, a production publish.

F

Forbidden

Nobody can unlock it, not even the founder.

Such as charging a citizen, impersonating a person, claiming a certification or a partnership, securities, writing to a regulator roster or a suppressed contact, scraped lists, fake scarcity, paid placement, calls and texts.

Runs on what you already own

Your computer, your cloud, your models.

Your own computer
It runs on a machine the company already owns, in the office or in a garage, and keeps running when nobody is at the desk.
Or your own cloud project
Your own GCP, Azure or AWS project, under your keys and on your bill. We hand your platform team every line of the deploy descriptors before anything runs.
Gemini by default
Google and Gemini work on day zero, before anything is configured, for a company that arrives with a Google account and nothing else.
One door for every local model
NVIDIA NIM, vLLM, Ollama and LM Studio on Apple silicon all answer the same OpenAI-compatible call, so one adapter covers them and the model never has to leave the building.
Open models that clear the community's bar
Any open model with a model card and a licence a person can read on Hugging Face. A licence of "other" does not clear it. Unknown fails closed.
The people Agent One serves never enter it
A citizen's Agent One data stays on their own device and never reaches the workforce. The workforce holds only the business contacts who came through the front door, in a CRM your company owns, with every touch and every stop on the record.
Every watt labelled
Every watt figure is labelled measured or estimated. Measured comes from the hardware; estimated says so.
Where it stands

Built for our own two companies first.

Everything else on this page is in design.

Free to every American stays free: this is sold to businesses, never to a person.

The rules

Five rules no role may break.

  • Software says it is softwareEvery message the workforce sends says it was sent by software and carries a postal address and a one-click stop. A message that starts something new waits 24 hours before it goes.
  • Three touches, then stopA first touch and two follow-ups at most. Then we stop, and an unsubscribe is honoured forever, the first time.
  • Front door onlyEvery lead enters through the front door. No scraped or purchased lists, and never a contact from a regulator roster.
  • A citizen never pays Agent One is free to every American. This workforce is sold to businesses and institutions, and a quote aimed at a citizen is refused by rule.
  • Only signed partners are partnersOnly a company we have signed with is called a partner. Everyone else gets the same warmth as an invitation, and no logo is used as an endorsement.

How it maps to

Kept by rule, not by goodwill.

Cancel within 24 hours

Anything new to the outside waits 24 hours. Silence means go; a cancel means it never happens.

Software says it is software

Every message says it was sent by software, with a postal address and a one-click stop.

A receipt for everything

Every yes, no and cancel lands on a receipt chain you can verify.

You own the compute

Your computer or your cloud project, under your keys, on your bill.

Put a workforce on it.

Tell us about your team and your price list. We will show you the digest, the cancel button and the receipt chain on a real day.
